AuBree LaForce, MD

Dr. AuBree LaForce grew up in a small town surrounded by a close-knit family who instilled in her the values of hard work, dedication, and faith. A four-sport athlete in high school, she carried that same commitment and discipline into her academic career at the University of Mount Union, where she earned her degree in Biochemistry while playing NCAA basketball. She went on to pursue her medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University, where she served as the student member on the Board of Trustees and became actively involved in both the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. LaForce completed her Family Medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and further specialized with a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Summa Health.

Dr. LaForce believes in taking a personalized approach to patient care and values building long-term relationships with her patients that are rooted in trust, respect, and compassion. It is her dream and mission to return to her local community to provide high-quality care to the people who raised her. As a primary care sports medicine physician, she is committed to delivering treatment that not only addresses injuries but also promotes prevention and rehabilitation to empower athletes of all ages. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of her community, her role in family medicine allows her to inspire resilience, foster healthy lifestyles, and support the aspirations of every patient—ensuring they can pursue their passions and reach their full potential on the field, in the gym, and in life.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. LaForce enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and extended family, covering and participating in sporting events, and giving back to her community.
