Convenient Locations

For our patients’ convenience, many of our primary care facilities offer lab services.

NOMS Lab specimens are now tested and billed by Quest Diagnostics.

NOMS Healthcare labs provide a safe and convenient blood draw service focusing on patient and physician satisfaction. Blood draws are an important tool for diagnosing conditions and delivering best possible patient outcomes.
