Jennifer Hohman, MD, graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University in 1998. The public, inter-professional, community-based health sciences university is in Rootstown, Ohio. She enjoyed her family practice residency at Flower Hospital in Sylvania until 2001.
She is board certified in family medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Hohman served as a member of the Fremont Memorial Hospital board from 2007-to-2016 and has been the Sandusky County Health Department medical director since 2017. Since 2007, she has also been team physician for Clyde High School Fliers.
Dr. Hohman lives in Clyde with her husband and three children.
