Giovanni Spadaro, known to his friends, family and colleagues as Gio, began his career in 2005 with a U.S. regional bank located in Sandusky, Ohio. During his tenure, he obtained his Series 6, 63, Life, Health and Annuities licensures in order to assist clients with asset management and banking needs.
In 2011, he joined NOMS Healthcare as a financial analyst. Since, he has progressed within NOMS Healthcare and has held several positions including director of finance, Vice President of finance and currently, CFO.
As such, he is responsible for debt management and the implementation of budgets to monitor progress and present financial metrics. He oversees the preparation and approval of all financial reports in which he communicates monthly to the CEO and Finance Committee.
Gio manages cash flow and forecasting which includes the development of cash flow projections to maintain minimum cash thresholds to meet operating needs. He reviews and actively monitors the work-product of accounting and revenue cycle staff to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and proper presentation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll tax and other accounting and billing information.
Gio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. He is an active member of The Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business (Cleveland Chapter). During his free time he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife Jacqueline and their three young children.
