AQUA

TUES & THURS | 7:45 - 8:30am | 9:00 - 9:45am | 9:45 - 10:30am | 11:30am - 12:15pm

MON, WED & THURS | 5:15 - 6:00pm

Combine your core strength training exercises with balance and conditioning in the water. This class will use equipment such as dumbbells and noodles adding extra support and resistance. 

 

BOOTCAMP

TUES  | 4:30 - 5:15pm

Work up a sweat and get your heart pumping with a combination of high intensity cardio intervals and strength intervals. This class includes plyometric exercises, push-ups, jump rope, and core strengthening exercises designed to challenge your body, increase your aerobic fitness level and increase your strength.

 

CARDIO/ABS/ARMS

TUES | 5:30 - 6:15am

Start the class off with a great cardio and end doing a variety of exercises to strengthen your abs, arms & lower back.

 

STRENGTH INTERVALS

THURS | 5:30 - 6:30am 

Incorporates intervals of cardio endurance and muscle conditioning to create a fitness training experience. Improve overall fitness, agility, speed, and athleticism in this hi-intensity class.

 

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

TUES | 9:10 - 10:00am

THURS | 5:30 - 6:30pm

Provides an integrated and accessible full-body workout. Not only can you combine cardio and strength moves in one class, but you can offer a wide variety of easily modifiable moves, accommodating participants of all abilities.

 

HIIT STRENGTH CIRCUIT

MON | 5:30 - 6:30pm

SAT | 8:00 - 9:00am

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a technique in which you give 100% effort through short, intense bursts of exercise followed by short (sometimes active) recovery periods. Kettlebell, dumbbell

This class is designed exclusively for seniors who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. A great way to meet new members and spice up your exercise routine. 

 

SPIN

MON, WED & FRI | 5:30 - 6:30am

Spinning is an aerobic exercise class on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning bike. The class is led by an instructor, who will motivate you throughout your workout. 

 

SPIN CORE

Spinning is an aerobic exercise class on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning bike. The class is led by an instructor, who will motivate you throughout your workout. Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast, tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles. Finish the class working on the muscles of your lower back & abs for a total body workout.

 

TAI CHI

TUES & THURS | 11:15am - 12:15pm

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Improves balance, muscle strength & flexibility.

 

TRX ($15 additional charge)

WED | 10:30 - 11:15am

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight.

Yoga classes are aimed at stress relief & general relaxation. Learn in your own way at your own pace. Centering & breathing phase, a warm-up for the spine including seated & kneeling poses; standing poses that first build some heat & then strengthen & stretch the body; balance work & breath control; deep strengthening & stretching poses; final relaxation & guided meditation. Focus on breathing, feeling & listening to your bodies. Let go of competition, judgment & expectations.

 

ZUMBA

Join the party! Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
