RESTING METABOLIC RATE (RMR), TESTING
Your RMR tells us how many calories your body burns at rest. This is a great tool to determine the number of calories your body burns and the number of calories you should eat each day to reach your goals. Please call Fitness Center for more information and pricing.
MV02 TESTING, FITNESS LEVEL
This test measures how much oxygen your body uses during exercise. You will use a treadmill or bike during this test. Once the test is completed, you will know your Training Heart Rate Zones in order to get the best workout and see results!
NOMS Dietitian focuses on proper nutrition to promote good health and habits. The dietitian will design a meal plan for you, help you understand food labels and educate you on healthy nutrition habits.
