AQUA (Beginner to Advanced)
Combine your core strength training exercises with balance and conditioning in the water. This class will use equipment such as dumbbells and noodles adding extra support and resistance.
BOOTCAMP (Intermediate to Advanced)
Work up a sweat and get your heart pumping with a combination of high intensity cardio intervals and strength intervals. This class includes plyometric exercises, push-ups, jump rope, and core strengthening exercises designed to challenge your body, increase your aerobic fitness level and increase your strength!
BOSU INTERVAL (Intermediate to Advanced)
This class uses the BOSU Balance Trainers. Increase your heart rate during the cardio intervals using the BOSU Balls and sculpt lean muscles by using weights and body weight exercises on the BOSU Trainer. This class incorporates balance, core strength, and stabilization.
CARDIOBOX/CORE (Beginner to Advanced)
Start the class off with a great cardio kickboxing workout and end doing a variety of exercises to strengthen your abdominals and low back. This class will include all types of equipment to give you the strong, lean, defined abdominals you’ve always wanted!
CORE CHALLENGE (Beginner to Advanced)
This class will concentrate on strengthening your abdominals and lower back muscles improving your posture and giving you a sleek, slender look! Get your 6-Pack ABS this summer!
PILATES (Beginner to Advanced)
This class incorporates stretching and strengthening exercises to tone your muscles and improve your posture, flexibility, and balance. You will use controlled movements to help unite your mind and body. A series of breathing and relaxation techniques will also be used.
SILVERSNEAKERS (Beginner to Advanced)
This class is designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. A great way to meet new members and spice up your exercise routine.
SPIN CORE (Beginner to Advanced)
Spinning is an aerobic exercise class on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning bike. The class is led by an instructor, which will motivate you throughout your workout! Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast, tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and out thigh muscles. Finish the class working on the muscles of you low back and abdominals for a total body workout.
SPIN SCULPT (Beginner to Advanced)
Spinning is an aerobic exercise class on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a Spinning bike. The class is led by an instructor, which will motivate you throughout your workout! Go from a great cardiovascular workout right to the weights to really tone those muscles!
TOTAL BODY SCULPT (Beginner to Advanced)
This class is designed to strengthen, sculpt, and tone every muscle of your body. You will use dumbbells, exercise bands, body bars, and stability balls to give your body the ultimate total body workout to build strong lean muscles.
YOGA (Beginner to Advanced)
Reiki is a holistic, hands-on healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles while learning relaxation techniques in this 60 minutes yoga class.
